Tiely.eu – a SaaS platform for social media management and AI content creation

Tiely is an end-to-end SaaS product developed by MarWeb for entrepreneurs, content creators, marketing teams and agencies managing multiple brands. It brings content creation, organization, scheduling, publishing and performance analysis into one unified workspace.

Project background

Managing content across several social networks usually means switching constantly between publishing tools, planning calendars, media folders, AI services and separate reporting dashboards. For agencies and teams, the workflow becomes even more complex when every client has different accounts, assets, team members and access rules.

We created Tiely to turn this fragmented process into a consistent workflow, from the first idea and asset generation to publishing and performance measurement.

The solution

Tiely gives every brand or client an independent workspace where users can connect social channels, prepare assets, collaborate with their team and monitor activity from one place.

The platform is built around a multi-channel composer that adapts content to the requirements of each social network. Before publishing, the system automatically checks copy, assets, formats and selected placements, helping users understand what is ready and what needs to be corrected.

Core features

Multi-channel publishing

Tiely integrates Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, including both LinkedIn profiles and company pages. Users can create one post, select the right channels and placements, and either publish immediately or schedule it for later.

AI Studio and content assistant

AI Studio supports text-to-image and text-to-video generation, image-to-video workflows and AI-powered image editing. Users can also generate ideas, captions and channel-specific copy variations.

Each workspace can store its own brand context, while the estimated Tiely Coins cost is displayed before generation. Long-running AI operations are processed asynchronously, and generated assets are automatically added to the media library for use in future posts.

Editorial calendar and synchronized history

The calendar provides day, week and month views for drafts, scheduled posts, published content and posts synchronized directly from connected networks. Teams can quickly see what is coming next and identify publishing issues before they disrupt the content plan.

Unified analytics

Performance data from connected networks is collected and presented in one dashboard. Users can monitor reach, impressions, views, engagement, reactions, comments and shares without opening every social platform separately.

Media library

Images, videos, audio files and documents are organized into folders within each workspace. The library includes multi-file uploads, individual progress tracking, previews and direct integration with both the post composer and AI generation workflows.

Workspaces, teams and permissions

Every brand or client has an isolated workspace with its own members, invitations, roles and configurable permissions. This structure allows an agency to manage multiple clients from one account without mixing access, media assets or social connections.

Recommendation-driven dashboard

The main dashboard aggregates the information that requires attention: channels that need reconnection, upcoming posts, drafts, recent activity, storage usage, the Tiely Coins balance and recommendations based on workspace activity.

Subscriptions and Tiely Coins

The platform includes recurring subscriptions and secure checkout through Stripe. AI features use an internal credit system with upfront cost estimates, usage history and balances managed independently for each workspace.

Architecture and technology

The frontend is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript, using a feature-based architecture and reusable UI components. The backend uses Java 21 and Spring Boot, with independent business modules, DDD principles, Clean Architecture and communication through ports and adapters.

The data and infrastructure layer uses PostgreSQL, Redis, Cloudflare R2, Docker and Nginx. Tiely integrates with Stripe, AI providers such as fal.ai and OpenRouter, and the official APIs provided by Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube and LinkedIn.

Technical challenges solved

• strict isolation of data, permissions and connections at workspace level;
• secure OAuth authentication, token lifecycle management and reconnection flows;
• normalization of different publishing requirements across platforms and placements;
• asynchronous AI generation and automatic ingestion into the media library;
• synchronization of content history and metrics from multiple providers;
• consistency across payments, subscriptions, entitlements and credit balances;
• a modular architecture that can support new providers without rewriting existing workflows.

The result

Tiely has evolved into a modular platform covering the entire social media management workflow: creation, collaboration, organization, publishing and analytics. Its architecture supports the gradual addition of new integrations and features while keeping the user experience straightforward, even when multiple external services and asynchronous processes are coordinated behind the scenes.
